Use of the site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You will not interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems, introduce malware or other harmful code, scrape or harvest content without our written permission, or use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

Memberships, bookings, and leases

Coworking memberships, dedicated desks, private offices, conference room bookings, warehouse and flex-space leases, and any other use of the physical facility at 55 Merritt Boulevard are governed by separate written agreements between you (or your company) and CoLab. Pricing, availability, amenities, and policies described on the Site are informational and may change without notice. The terms of your signed membership agreement or lease control in the event of any conflict with the Site.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from CoLab, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS messages related to:

• Office and coworking inquiries
• Tour scheduling and reminders
• Membership information
• Mailbox services
• Tenant support
• Billing and account notifications
• Customer service communications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

User-submitted content

When you contact us, request a tour, apply for membership, or otherwise submit information through the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant CoLab a limited license to use that information to respond to your request, evaluate your inquiry, and operate our services in line with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, the CoLab name and marks, layout, and software — is the property of CoLab or used under license. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or include third-party services (for example, mapping, scheduling, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that information on the Site is current or complete at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoLab and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoLab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes take effect when posted; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
